getting home from supervision and listening to the end of a sermon on the second half of the prodigal son and thinking about the security of being with the Father, i saw the dad next door with his young son walking out of the door. he was holding him over his shoulder in a kind of firemans lift. the son looked so secure in his father's arms. it was a cool moment.

Church. I like church. I like The Church in the sense that God is using groups of redeemed sinners in different places to be the hope of the world. But actual Centrepoint church was phat. as it normally is.
